1. Are your products genuine?
All our products are 100% genuine and imported directly from the manufacturer. Please visit our blog, sometimes we will post pictures of our suppliers at International Toy Fairs.
2. Is shipping free?
EAST & WEST MALAYSIA
Shipping is free to East & West Malaysia for orders RM100 and above (after discount)!
For orders below RM100 (after discount), the shipping fee is a flat rate of RM15.
3. Do you ship Internationally?
International Shipping is available upon request, please send us a message here for details.
4. How long does delivery take?
It normally takes 1-3 working days to deliver within West Malaysia, and 1-3 weeks to deliver to East Malaysia.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes, we will give you details of the tracking number and courier company when we send your order confirmation.
Please make sure someone is in to receive delivery, perhaps it is better to use an office address as the courier company will normally deliver during office hours.
If no one is at home when the order arrives, the courier company will leave a delivery note which will have details on where to collect your order.
6. What if there is no information on my shipment when I search the tracking number?
Sometimes the data has not yet been uploaded by the courier company. Please try again later or if you need help with the tracking, please contact us here.
7. I received the wrong order or my order is incomplete or has wrong items.
We do try our best to pack orders correctly, but unfortunately, sometimes we make mistakes. If this happens we feel really bad and are very sorry and will send your missing orders or items straight away free of charge and hope that you will forgive us!
8. I received a faulty item
This rarely happens, but when it does we are very sorry and will send a replacement straight away free of charge. Please contact us here and send us a photo of the defect so that we can inform the manufacturer.
If we are out stock and cannot send you a replacement we will issue you a full and immediate refund.
9. What happens if an item is out stock?
We are very sorry if this happens and if you have already paid for the item we will issue a full refund immediately straight into your bank account regardless of the method of payment.
10. Do you provide gift wrapping?
Yes, we provide complimentary gift wrapping for all your orders!
We use attractive, high quality wrapping paper and even stick a ‘To and From’ gift tag so that you can write the name of the receiver and sender.
We write the name of the product in pencil so you’ll know what is what if you order more than one item!
You’ll find this is very convenient if you’re buying a special gift!
11. Are all the products on the website available in your store?
Our store in Bangsar Village 1 is big in character but small in size! Unfortunately, we can’t fit every product in our store. Please call our store on 03 2282 1845 before you visit to make sure the item you're looking for is available in the store.
If the item is in the store, we will reserve the item for you for 7 days.
If the item is not in the store, we will deliver the item to our store within 2-3 business days and we will reserve the item for you for 7 days.
12. Can I purchase online and collect from the store?
Yes you can! Please write ‘collection at store’ in the comments section when you place your online order and we will send the item to our store within 2-3 working days.
